Apple has just announced its all-new phones, the iPhone 17 series. That's updates to three known models and the all-new iPhone Air, which is replacing the Plus. If waiting in line on release day isn't your style, and you still want to get your hands on one as soon as possible, you'll be able to reserve the iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max or iPhone Air from 10pm AEST on September 12th, in advance of the September 19 release date.
Aplpe’s iPhone 17 gets a redesigned look with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and narrower edges. And after years of waiting (and a lot of grumbling), the base iPhone 17 finally includes a 120Hz refresh rate.
Inside, the new A19 chip is quicker as well as more efficient, especially when teamed up with Apple Intelligence. If you're upgrading from an older iPhone, you will see a huge increase in speed and smoother gaming thanks to ProMotion.
Camera wise, you'll find a 48MP Fusion main camera (shooting 24MP photos by default) and a 2x telephoto lens. The ultra-wide camera also features an upgrade to 48MP, making macro photography sharper and much more impressive.
When it comes to outfitting your iPhone 17, you won't be disappointed. Retailers like Campad Electronics are already offering a vast array of cases for all models, so whether you're after a transparent case to display your phone, a leather case for a classy look, or a rugged case for extra protection, you'll find it at Campad Electronics.
